Dr. Siladitya Ray is a distinguished Consultant Psychiatrist with a comprehensive background in mental health care. He completed his MBBS from Calcutta National Medical College and pursued his Post-Graduation in Psychological Medicine (MD) at the esteemed National Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in Bangalore.
In the two years following his post-graduate studies, Dr. Ray worked at the central hospital of TATA TEA LTD in Dooars. His clinical practice spans Calcutta, Bangalore, and the North-East, and he is affiliated with prominent institutions including Peerless Hospital, Ruby General Hospital, and Belle Vue Clinic.
In addition to psychiatry, Dr. Ray enjoys sports, experiential travel, blogging, filmmaking, writing, public speaking, motivational lectures, environmental conservation, preventing animal cruelty, mentoring, and spiritual healing.
He regularly organizes residential camps for corporate houses and open forums on various contemporary topics, such as stress management, anger management, anxiety management, time management, high performance, motivation, communication skills, leadership training, team building, managerial skills, life coaching, confidence coaching, and success coaching.
His workshops have benefitted numerous prestigious organizations including TCS, Molekule India, L&T, ICICI Bank, Indigo, St. Xavier’s College, Kohinoor Institute of Management (Bombay), South Point High School, and Birla High School.
