Success: The Core Truth

Whenever I conduct a workshop on ‘Success’, I start off with a profound statement of mine: ‘Success comes to those who know how to succeed.’

Yes. It’s true. It’s a matter of self-realization. This apocalyptic perception can be so powerful that it catapults you to an extraordinary level of existence. In a sense, this sensitivity is acquired over a period of time, out of continual self – examination and then harnessing all your latent abilities and steadily closing upon your goal.

It’s a blatant truth that success does not come to everyone, despite dogged endeavour to reach your desired goal. The reason for this is – you didn’t do your ‘cognitive strategizing’ (my coinage) well enough to break through the cordon of stumbling blocks and the walls of destiny.

People who succeed are extremely knowledgeable about two potential areas of excellence. First, they are zealous enough to combat whatever nemesis comes in their way. And secondly, they are ruthless in their goal of scaling impregnable heights on their road to self-glory.

I have seen many competent managers and promising young guys fizzle out abruptly midway because they made the ‘conscious’ mistake of being, either, over – ambitious or under – energetic.

Success does not happen overnight. It’s very difficult to find. The most prudent way to succeed is to scale up your mental reserve and physical effort, gradually and steadily, with an unwavering focus on your desired goal.

Some people succeed in the short run, but it never lasts for long. However, there are people, I know of, who, despite full throttle labour over a long period of time, could never see a speck of success.

The game of success is mired in a fuzzy mystery. On the one hand, you feel it’s right over there for you to lap it up. However, the very next moment, you may be clouded by a sense of desolation, which can leave you smothered and throttled.

In summary, my advice to all of you is to take all blocks and impediments in your stride. I advise you to devise a practicable game plan, design a psychological road map to reach the ‘Summit of Success’, and stick to your pre-planned strategy with a dash of flexibility and doggedness.

If you follow my advice, you will become unstoppable and unvanquished.

Get ready for the kill and be the Emperor of Success!
